My staff can only answer and help one caller at a time. How many calls can RPM handle at one time?

RPM NEVER MISSES A CALL! If we told you 100 calls at one time that would be great, but actually RPM can answer up to 100,000 calls at one time and can be scaled up to manage 1,000,000 calls at one time.
